If any issue happens after your helper's arrival in Hong Kong, we will arrange a replacement based on the reason.
We will arrange a free replacement helper for any of the following accepted reasons:
Replacement matching service only. Visa Fee, Flight, Consulate Fee & Medical Check-Up for the new helper are payable separately.
We will still arrange a replacement for you, with an additional fee depending on the reason and case type.
